Files submitted after 6 pm are considered received at 9 am the following date unless we have agreed otherwise.
Turnaround time is based on the time I receive the file (apart from the exception noted above). A file received at 5 pm is returned by 5 pm on deadline day.
Weekends/holidays are NOT included in turnaround times. If you need transcription or proofreading services delivered over a weekend, please inquire about availability and rate adjustments.
You are encouraged to complete a preference sheet as it helps me adjust to your specific style much more quickly than trial and error.

I do not expect perfect files. However, in order to provide smooth and seamless turnaround, I do expect to receive scoped transcripts and reasonably decent audio files. Up-charges may apply for messy files.
Pay securely online using credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
Deposit is required for first time clients; balance is due upon completion
Invoices are sent at the completion of the job
Ongoing clients may be invoiced on the last day of the month, if desired
Invoices are due within 15 calendar days
Late fee of $10 added each month that the invoice is outstanding
Outstanding invoices must be paid in full before new work will be assumed
